Greenhills Country Hotel
is delightfully located down a leafy lane in the historic Norman village of St. Florence. Since 1964 St. Florence has gained numerous awards in the Wales in Bloom, Britain in Bloom and Best kept Village category. In 1989 it won the prestigious Floral Village of Britain in Bloom competition and in 1998 the Prix d'Honour in the Europe 'Florale Entente' awards. The village boasts a 12th century Norman church, three pubs a busy village shop and a Post Office. |

St. Florence lies some three miles west of Tenby in the Ritec Valley at the foot of the northern slopes of the Ridgeway. The southern part of the village straddles the river. The village is served only by narrow minor roads with the Tenby/Sageston B4318 to the north and the ancient Ridgeway road to the south. Greenhills Country Hotel is situated within its own grounds with an outdoor swimming pool, which is heated between May and September. The poolside patio can provide a superb suntrap in the afternoons. The hotel also boasts a full sized sauna, solarium and its own private car park. |

The large comfortable dining room offers an excellent standard of cuisine using mainly fresh ingredients. There is a homely lounge and lounge bar offering a full selection of beverages all at pub prices. The bar games room with pool table and dart board opens into the swimming pool patio. |

St. Florence
is growing in popularity due to the keen interest of the Villagers and its unique hamlet setting.
the village itself caters for the holiday makers with the peaceful tranquil atmosphere. it boasts two very popular village pubs where many a visitor is entertained by one or the village characters, there is a general Store, Craft Shop, Post Office and in the centre of the village a well attended Norman Village Church.
Within ten minutes there are three Golf Courses, a Sport Leisure Park with a Pitch and Putt, Indoor Bowls, Clay Pigeon Shoot and Archery. There are three Go Kart Tracks, Manor House Wildlife and Leisure Park and a Dinosaur Park. A twenty minute ride brings you to Oakwood, the largest theme park in Wales.
The Hotel is in colourful St. Florence, the floral award winning village of Wales and Great Britain and represented great Britain in the Entente Floral, against other villages in Europe. It won the Floral Village of Wales and Britain in Bloom Competition.
St. Florence is very well situated for the best of both worlds, Peace, Tranquillity and yet within easy reach of all facilities this part of Wales and the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park has to offer.
Whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity of St. Florence, the coast is easily reached from the hotel with popular resorts of Tenby three miles away. Here are magnificent beaches, and, shops and restaurants huddled within medieval walls with narrow streets that run down to the busy harbour where you may take a trip to the nearby monastic island of Caldey. Close at hand is the lively village of Saundersfoot with water sport facilities centred around the harbour.
Further west the sea cliffs of south Pembrokeshire offer unrivalled views in all directions for the walker whilst numerous riding stables cater for those who prefer to view the countryside from the saddle.
